Redeeming a membership code
A membership code is a one-time code handed out by the team. When you redeem a code, the membership goes into storage, and it starts only after you apply it there.
You redeem codes on the 'Membership' screen of the dashboard. The old Discord /membership redeem command is gone.
How to redeem
- Log in to the dashboard with your Discord account.
- Press 'Membership' in the sidebar (on a phone, the tab bar at the bottom) and open 'Status'.
- Enter the code you received in the 'Membership code' field at the very bottom of the 'Storage' section.
- Press [Redeem].
Copying and pasting the code exactly as you got it is the surest way.
- You can type it in lowercase.
- Spaces before and after are removed automatically.
After you redeem
The result appears briefly at the bottom of the screen.

The tier and length in the message depend on the code.
Redeeming a code doesn't start it right away. The tier is added only when you press [Apply] on the row in storage. → Membership status and storage
If it can't be redeemed
The reason stays right below the 'Membership code' field. It goes away when you fix the code.

If you enter a wrong code 5 times within 10 minutes, you can't enter codes for a while. 'That code has already been used.' also counts as wrong. This is to stop people from guessing codes one by one. As the message says, enter it again after 10 minutes.
TIP
If you get 'That code has already been used.' for a code you never entered, contact whoever gave you the code.
